Willkommen in der Erdbeerwelt :)

Da ich diese Woche komplett frei habe und das Haus ganz mir gehört, dachte ich, ich könnte doch mal was besonderes machen. Also habe ich mich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben alleine auf einen Roadtrip gewagt und eine meiner Schulfreundinnen in Tübingen besucht. Glücklicherweise gab es kaum Komplikationen auf der Fahrt und ich hatte sogar Spaß (ICH! Beim AUTOFAHREN!!!)! Als ich dann endlich in Tübingen ankam, musste ich erstmal noch auf meine Freundin warten, da ihre Arbeitsschicht noch nicht ganz zu Ende war. Also habe ich mich kurzentschlossen auf den Weg gemacht und Tübingen ein bisschen selber erkundet. Es hat geschüttet wie aus Eimern, weshalb ich mich in die erstbeste Buchhandlung gerettet habe um ein bisschen zu stöbern. Tatsächlich habe ich es geschafft, einmal den ganzen Laden und jedes Buch anzuschauen, das mich interessieren könnte, bevor meine Freundin fertig war und wir uns treffen konnten. Es war eine wirklich kleine Buchhandlung. Und meine Wunschliste ist jetzt um die Hälfte gewachsen.
Ich wurde dann ein bisschen durch die Gassen von Tübingen geführt (glücklicherweise hatte es endlich aufgehört zu regnen). Tübingen ist wirklich wunderschön und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! (Auf meiner Fotoseite zeige ich euch ein Beispielbild.) Dort habe ich auch ein paar Ohrringe gekauft und ein wirklich furchtbar süße Magneteule (Foto auch auf der Fotoseite)!Wir haben dann noch ganz lange in ihrem Zimmer gesessen (mit Blick auf den Neckar! Wunderschön!) und gequatscht. Ich glaube, wir hatten was das angeht einiges nachzuholen. :D Nach dem Abendessen habe ich mich dann wieder auf den Weg nach Hause gemacht. Es war ein wirklich wirklich toller Tag und ich freue mich schon sehr auf nächstes Mal!

As I am completely free of any obligations this week (plus I am the only one home) I thought I could do something special today. So I decided to go on a road trip to Tübingen to visit one of my friends from school. This was the first road trip I would do on my own! Without another person sitting next to me!! Kind of scary... Anyways, uckily there haven't been any big complications and I arrived at Tübingen safely. I even had fun driving. (ME!! DRIVING!!!!). After my arrival I had to wait for my friend to finish her shift. Because I didn't want to sit there and wait for an hour I decided to explore Tübingen a bit on my own. The rain poured and I quickly went into a bookstore nearby to take a look at all those beautiful books. In fact I had enough time to look at all the books I could be interested in before my friend was ready to pick me up. I guess I don't have to mention that my books-wishlist is way longer now than it was before.
She directed me through all the little streets of Tübingen afterwards (luckily the rain had stopped). I have to say: Tübingen is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen (If you want you can click on my photopage to see a picture of Tübingen)! I loved it! It is always worth a trip. During our walk through the old town, I bought a pair of earrings and an unbelievably cute megnetic owl (Photo on the photopage :) )! Afterwards we sat in her room (which has a view on the Neckar river! Stunning!!) and talked for a long time. I guess we had to make up all the time we couldn't talk to each other. We then had dinner together (It was really yummie :) ). Sadly, I had to leave shortly after that. I have to say it was a great day and I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Tübingen.
